The Castor Centre is a UK supplier of castor wheels and handling equipment, offering one of the largest ranges in the country. Based in Redditch, Worcestershire, it brings together International Castor Company Ltd, Atlas Handling UK Ltd and Reids of Nottingham Ltd. They provide high-quality solutions for applications ranging from light office use to heavy-duty industrial environments.
A refresh of their existing signage, aiming to elevate their external building signage. The goal was to improve clarity whilst introducing a more contemporary aesthetic that better reflects the brand.
They also wanted to focus on enhancing legibility and improving kerb appeal to create a stronger first impression.
With the brief defined, the design process began by exploring initial concepts and visual directions. Early stages focused on typography, colours and scale to ensure clarity and impact from a distance, while aligning the signage with a more contemporary brand style.

The final outcome is a cohesive, refreshed signage system for The Castor Centre that communicates clearly and delivers immediate recognition and impact. The designs enhance visibility while strengthening overall brand perception.
